Spokane Valley Car Toys is the WORST! Purchased a repost start on a 2019 Tundra. I had to go back 3 times (I live 1-1/2 hours away) to have it “diagnosed” and all three times it was not fixed. I finally reached a point to have them take it out. We set up an appointment for 10am and at 3:30pm they still had not touched my truck. I would never recommend anyone taking their vehicles here.
got a new stereo and tweeters and speakers from car toys about 6 months ago got a 4year warranty on everything including the install! It has been cutting out for a sometime now! took it back in so they could fix it was told I didn't have a warranty on it so paid for the warranty again! after the fixed was driving home and it started cutting out again took it back to day and they wanted me to buy a whole new stereo refused so they gave me the stereo for free but I had to pay for the labor and install!!! i went into car toys asking for a price on an adaptar for amp to factory radio. sales person couldnt give me a price because we had gotten the amp yet. i told the sales person that we were looking at an amp box sub package online the salesman said he could get us the same deal but came back with lower quality product. when asked to give the price for the product my husband wanted he got mad and said NO he wasnt putting hus name on kickers in a truck. exuces me its not your truck not your money. quite frankly i feel like he t... read more
been in multiple times for the same issues. all im told is if I went though someone else i would have had more control. ur all car toys. horrible service. dont go here.

RecommendedTook 2 trucks for remote starts and was done in less than original time I was told and was very informative about the products. Dan who helped me throughout the whole process was Great. Walked us through the steps of it all. Couldn’t be happier with it all. Was worried they wouldn’t be able to get us in the same day but was able to do 2 trucks within 2 hrs. Talking about speedy service.
