RecommendedMy wife & I were dealt with fairly. We updated the navigation system in our car, partly due to our understanding that there was a $200 factory rebate on the new system. Come to find out, the rebate had expired two days prior to our purchase. The store manager cheerfully issued a $200 credit to our card.

RecommendedCartoys has always been good to me
I purchased a Kenwood DMX7705S from the Mesquite location in July. While trying to troubleshoot an issue with Android Auto with Kenwood, it was suggested my receiver needed a firmware update. So I stop by the Mesquite store to see if they would be able to help me. I was told that they had tried to update firmware before and could not get it to download or some nonsense. wirring was bad took off in truck and tried to play bass nothing checked it wires ran through gears of my seat!!!

Came into the shop week before Christmas knowing it would be busy scheduled service appointment for the next available which was December 26. Go to take my car this morning and I am told there is 15 people ahead of me because it’s first come first serve sorry we don’t make appointments after the holiday week. I asked why then did Leo make an appointment? He said he’s new and that’s a mistake I’m sorry but if you bring your car in and leave it all day probably get to it at some point.
