Went there to buy a stereo with blue tooth so I could be hands free and I was told it worked with my Android phone "NO PROBLEM" Soooo 950$ later it doesn't work and car toys said ohh it's your phone so off to Verizone I go and NOPE not my phone, Back to car toys the salesman comes out and his Android wouldn't work either, my NEW stero isn't compatable with the Android phone and their only offer or sollution was to give them another 350$ and we will try a diffrent radio. absolutely the worst car stereo experience ever. I had to take it back 3 times to get it installed properly.. and it's still not correct.. the salesperson had zero clues about what he was doing.. I mean he remembered to charge me for tape.. wire connectors.. screws.. spare toilet paper for the employee lounge.. ...but couldn't seem to understand that a stereo requires a antenna .. not that they could install it properly.. .the backup camera they installed still doesn't work after 3 trips there. you guys suck.

Time of install took way longer than told. Didn’t even get a call or anything for updated time.
They have my car for over 6 hours and it is still not ready. I had an appointment for 10am got here to drop off the car at 930. No phone calls with an update or anything. It is not until I come in and ask about my car that they start moving on it. This is the 2nd Saturday they have done this too me. Last week it was they had the wrong bracket and had to order one. Understandable but it took you 4+ hours to figure that out? I will never be recommending this place to anyone.
