Ripped me off $3g. Workers smoke weed in the back. Lied to me and didn’t give me what I was promised when they had me come back. No one from corporate even calls you when you complain. Don Longworth, the district manager doesn’t care. Brent the store managers says I have hearing problems.
I was told it would take 3 Hours to put in a Stereo, went to the back after 1 hour to check on the progress and the Guy was sitting in the Drivers seat playing with His Phone, wasn't doing a Fucking thing, He got kind of rude because I busted him Screwing around
Great service! Friendly staff and a fair value for products and work done. Among their well trained staff, I particularly have enjoyed working with their installer / technician, Don Owen!
Very quick and professional. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want, good group of folks
They advertise a Kenwood radio, backup camera, and dvr dash cam for $829 installed. It’s on their website and they have a poster in the store advertising it. Then when you actually get there, first they act like they don’t know anything about it, then when you tell them you want it all of a sudden it doesn’t fit in your vehicle like that and with all the stuff you need it will actually cost $1350.00. Very classic example of false advertising. I won’t be going back and recommend nobody else does either.
