I took my car to these guys to get detailed and all that was done was my dashboard and center console was cleaned. They didn't do the hot water extraction like they were supposed to do and I paid for. They had my car for the day and did the worst job ever. I want my money back!!!! Update.... Still the worst experience!!!!! How is it, I buy a package that clearly states all leather cleaned and my seats weren't cleaned and I was told that seats aren't included when I tried to take my car back. My seats are leather!!! Excellent customer service, did an outstanding job! Highly recommend them.
They installed a system designed by them. It's broke twice. At one point they told me to buy another one of their amps while the one that was under warranty would be repaired. I had to get the manager involved about buying another amp so instead I went a week without any stereo to get another amp. It's broke again and they're blaming it on my vehicle with no explanation just, we can't fix it. Save your money and time. Don't waist it there
Had a great experience with these guys, they did an outstanding job on my installation. Overall I am very satisfied with everything, will definitely continue business with these guys.

This is the worst place for service. Had an issue with my remote start that was installed by someone else. Called and asked to have it looked at. The guy I talked to said that they would have to do a diagnostic on it. I asked if I needed an appt cause I wouldn't get there til 5 pm. He said no appt, his guys would take care of it. Got there just before 5, and the guy behind the counter was a first class dick. They lost out on their $90. Wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.
