Horrible experience all around. I dropped my car off at noon to see if they could get my audio system to play. Finally got home with the car at 5:45 and all it needed was a fuse. I called after 3 or so hours only to be told that they had been busy and they would get started on it now. Literally no reason to make an appointment because everything else gets pushed ahead of you.

Dylan and Allan were a huge help to my boyfriend and I. Came in two days in a row for assistance and they were able to get us what we needed. Even stayed after hours to make sure everything was good to go! These guys were great!
Great experience, we went in and got speakers and a radio, the customer service was great! Super friendly and helpful staff, when we had to go back and ask a question the manager on duty was so helpful
Car toys has went downhill not too sure what's going on with them but I had an alarm installed and I told them to pull out the old alarm on the truck. Instead they decided to use parts and pieces from my old alarm. Took it back today to have it fixed correctly and decided to buy a new radio. We had no phone call and it was almost 630 and they close at seven. My husband went in and the truck was done but they forgot to install the radio so he is sitting there now waiting for them to complete this. WTF? I will be calling tomor... read more

I purchased the Classic exterior detailing for my Toyota Avalon and Bradley Yocham did an excellent job. He also cleaned and conditioned my leather seats and washed my floor mats for a discounted fee. Great customer service and they finished within 2 hours. Positive experience!
