My children bought me a new stero and installation for my birthday. They made an appointment and was told it would take 2 hours to install. So we went to lunch and return 1 hour 45 mintues later and my car was still parked where I parked it. My son went to the counter and they said they would still get it done within the 2 hour window. I had a great experience at Car Toys. Nick and Austin were friendly, know their stuff and provided EXCELLENT customer service/care. Nick is the representative who helped me find exactly what I was looking to get at a better price than I anticipated. Austin was the installer and also gave great advice about what I did and didn't need. He even pointed out a couple of other things I didn't even know were wrong with my car that he noticed during the installation. Bought product on Saturday came back Sunday to install they called at 5:00pm it was ready ,well my remote start was making a grinding noise waited another hour now the heater won't work really bad service
This is the closest thing to a scam that I've seen in a retailer. First they installed a system that didn't have the functions I requested. Next they wanted to charge $275 more to change out. Then after saying no additional charges demanded $300 more or were going to call police. No response from corporate
Best customer service, I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed thank you card toys
Shittiest experience I've ever had. Handed them my keys. Walked out and thought maybe I should get my school work out of my car since they're going to be awhile. Go back in and my keys are laying out on the counter along with the stereo I bought. Unprofessional. Took my car in at 3:15 pm and they say my car won't be finished until 9 pm. Ridiculous service. Plus when I bought the stereo, I was overcharged 3 times.
