In August 2015 I went to the Car Toys Federal Way store and paid in full for an LG Optimus L90 phone and signed up for a T-Mobile month-to-month data/phone plan. I chose the T-Mobile plan because I only needed it for 2 months; I cancelled it in September 2015. Last week (28Sep2016) I received a rather rude phone call from a collection agency claiming that I owed $550. This was the first I had heard from Car Toys since I bought the phone in Aug 2015. I chose Car Toys at Overton Ridge to install my truck's sound system that I had pieced together/brought with me because I've known Ken Merritt (Car Toys Installer) since middle school and knew he did awesome, professional work. Ken did an outstanding job of installing my sound system, not taking any shortcuts and his attention to detail was excellent! Poor customer service! Employees speak with customers as if they are ignorant. This is the worst location for Car Toys. I will return to the Clackamas location in the future.
I normall don't post reviews, but this needs to be read. I dropped off my car to get my radio installed at 12:30 pm. Estimated time was 2 1/2 hours, but they finished at 4 pm! I had to go home a take my dog outside when I realized there was a high pitched white noise coming out of the left speaker and no music. Irritated I quickly called them and was back easily within the hour. And they spent ANOTHER 3 1/2 hours on my car!!! From 12:30-730 they were working on my car!!! Dave and Crew, Ken and I want to thank you for the excellent service you gave us yesterday. You listened to exactly what we wanted, and provided us with that. You treated us as if we were the only customer you had. And your ultimate interior detail is fantastic also. We were both really impressed. Thank you.
Piss poor service, over charge, don't make things right I would not recommend them to anyone because of the way they have done a friend of mine !
