Horrible. Rude. When they try and charge extra.. when all they're doing is installing a double din. And wanna charge twice the price of a install. When you've already paid for the install. Still needing a radio. But the owner didn't give me the full refund In the envelop with the stack of money I have him. Guess he needed to reup. Or something. Beware of this store!!!
Got new speakers for my car. It's been years since one blew and I had to listen to crackle every time I cranked it up just a little. Yes, it cost me a pretty penny but WOW! Worth the wait and now I may never leave my car again. I can hear everything. What a difference great speakers make. Thank you for all your help in picking out the perfect speakers for me!!
I had my husbands truck detailed there today and my 8 year old could have done a better job. Not worth it ~ even with a groupon.
Completely ignored, not even a hello from anyone, with 2 sales people and no other customers in the lobby, you would think they would have shown a little bit of proffesionalism. This was my second ( and Im quite sure my last) visit to this store. I went there a while back to inquire about speakers for my truck. The sales person showed, not demonstrated, a set of speakers. When i asked about installation, I was told I could install them myself. Seriously? They obviously dont want my money or business
Piss poor customer service. Never again I just walked out save us all some time
