Every time I go there I never get helped, not even greeted. Do I look poor or something? I have a truck and fixing up and pretty much need everything in it, and was hoping to at least walk out the stereo but I guess I'll go somewhere else.

My husband bought me a radio for Mother's day but the rep didn't ask what type of phone we had so after getting it home, we discovered it was only compatible with apple. Android user here. Sounds like they shouldn't get a 5 right? Wrong...I took it back, they replaced it it with a Kenwood that WAS compatible with my android AND threw in a back up camera without installation charge. Now that is customer service! Thank you so much! I am happy with my radio and back up camera!! I will definitely be back for remote start. �

I will never buy anything from car toys again! I spent $600 on a radio o my for it to go out in less than a month. I i took it back to get replaced only to find out that I was 4 days short to get it replaced from the store. I was in the hospital so I obviously couldn't take it. I was told they had to send it to the manufacturer to get fixed and it would take only 6-8 weeks. It's been 3 months now! That means it's been getting worked on longer than I've actually used it. Bought a truck with an after market stereo that we couldn't figure out. Came into car toys and found our that we not only had an expensive stereo system, but that we also had remote start and alarm system we knew nothing about. Chris and Charlie were a huge help in hooking everything up correctly and teaching us how to use it! Great experience!!
