Run! Do not buy from this company. Their "customer service" is a joke & good luck getting your merchandise. I ordered from this company so my husband would not see his gift purchased on our Amazon account. Never again. I ordered this two weeks ago & still don't have my merchandise, they can't track it and they won't cancel it because it already "shipped". Buyer Beware.
READ THE FINE PRINT, especially in Albuquerque, NM. Dealer will sell you warranties, protections, etc based on monthly payment. I am an experienced buyer and I still fell for it, much to my embarrasment. I initially declined the extra warranties and protections. BE AWARE, all warranties and protections are refundable except for the PAINT PROTECTION ($2495) and EMERGENCY ALERT ($200) once you sign the form. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! If I could they would receive 0 stars. Received flyer in mail for consignment. Decided to inquire. Talked to Darcie at the Roscoe, IL location. She was polite and knowledgeable. We left our 2019 toy hauler on contract for a month. At end of contract I called to tell her we would be coming to pick it up so we could park it for the winter. Every poor communication, not able to get any of my warranty work resolved
To say I am unhappy is an understatement. We bought a 2020 Rv from Camping World and had it in the shop 6 times within the first year few months and still has the same problem! So, I call Marcus team and they tell me they have exhausted all options and have a good day and they hang up! Don't buy from Camping World!
Don't expect them to actually help you! We drove to this store looking for a part that they had , according to the online research on this store. The LADY working the front desk was extremely rude and wouldn't even go look. All she said was come back tomorrow! She literally refused to get up and go look for the part. Went to purchase our new RV and had nothing but troubles from the beginning. I literally had to call Camping World headquarters in order to get the Camping World in Kingston, NY to even call me back. I will try to keep this short because I could go on and on about the issues but I will touch on some of the main issues. I wish I could give this business zero stars. They are false advertising. I called 2 daysnago and asked about the unit. I was told it was available but too many people want it so thw first with cash will get it. Then their internet sales person calls me to say that I can't hold it because it needs repairs and who knows how long it will take. It didn't make sense but I had not choice. If you want to enjoy your RV DO NOT take it here. Their service sucks. I dropped off my brand new trailer there to have warranty work done on July 13th. Two months go by and not a word from them. So I called and my service advisor said “I was just going to call you”. He informed me the manufacturer sent the wrong part for our oven and that the part was on backorder.
