They told us the new RV would have 2 AC units. It only has 1. The salesman said they can have it in 2 days. 1 day later they’re saying 6-8 weeks for the 2nd unit to come in. Asked if they would take one off a RV in stock ? Asked to have the sales manager call me. He did not. I called the store and the General Manager said they have to wait for one to be ordered. No customer service !

They won’t reimburse me for a tire that I replaced on a brand new trailer.

Sold As-Is before the walk-through. Salesman said he couldn't get things to work because the battery missing, thus not allowing us to check out the electrical system. He and the manager told us what an awesome deal we were getting, and they really didn't play hardball with us when we made our final counteroffer. That should have been a red flag. Sadly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. To start with, lets consider the stakes. Against my better judgement, Keith, a manager there, pressured my partner and myself to fly down there to pick up our $100k RV on August, 31 2020 so that they could offer us a special deal that would expire at the end of the month. As I write this on January 13th, 2021, we still have not been able to use the RV due to the countless issues it has had, and the ineptitude of camping world to fix these issues almost 5 months later... read more

This place is a complete nightmare and very unethical, I bought a brand new RV and they rushed and pressure me to get the sale since it was the end of the month so I went out of my way to make it work and once I arrived to pick up the RV there were over 15 items that needed to be fixed. Its been 5 months since the purchase and I still have not been able to use the RV I purchased. Charged me 2000.00 for filling out an application I never agreed on interest rate but they kept my 2000.00 because I didn't buy. They never told me the interest rate. Buyer beware.

I was shopping and Gander RV/Camping World had the model I wanted. We were looking to purchase a 2020 Heartland Pioneer BH270. We looked at a 2019 leftover BH260 but found they were advertising a 2020 BH270 for the same price and we liked the layout better. Here are my issues with this company; 1 - False advertising - They show a price on their website ( I have the screenshot) and they even show you on the quote. I took my RV to Camping World in Spartanburg for service in August 2020 and it was not returned until December 2020. I scheduled the service appointment about a month prior to August. About a 2-3 weeks after leaving my RV with Camping World (CW), I stopped by to get some items out of it. No service had commenced. It had not been touched or evaluated per CW. On Sep 25 I purchased a 2021 Ozark 1650 bhx, I never got the chance to go anywhere because it had a water leak !!!! After a few days of the purchase, I took it back to the dealership for other issues, and that’s when we noticed the leak, as of today it’s still at gander Rv and outdoors dealership in fort pierce Fl!!!
