Gander ********** department will lie and deceive you. They keep my trailer for about 2 months to do some warranty work. When I finally got the trailer back, I made the mistake of trusting what they told me about everything being repaired and did not check it all. We have never been able to use the TV from the antenna. We purchased a 2021 ************ from ****************************** in *******, **. First, ** NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I made an appointment to drop off my ** on February 16, 2021. We recommend going to family run camper sales establishments and not Camping World.We purchased a new motorhome at Camping World ******, & after discovering a leak, we informed ****** service & they had no openings for warranty repairs and referred us to the Bakersfield location, the Bakersfield location was unable to service coach immediately, they made an appointment to diagnose leaking sewer system for 1-month later. Bakersfield service has held our motorhome for over a month since the appointment and not diagnosed issues... read more

Picked out a camping trailer, they had us put $1500 down and cashed / deposited our check we did not get approved so now we have a Choice of paying $33 dollars for a cancellation on the check or wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to reimburse us . This is no way to do business.

Disgraceful company. They took advantage of my terminally ill father. They sold him a camper for $10k OVER what it is worth and added every warranty and insurance available EXCEPT the **** Insurance to cover the over priced motor home in the event of his passing. The salesman admitted that he knew my father's situation and my dad told him he had 6 months to live. Lowest of the low moves here."

I bought a 2018 travel trailer in June 2020 and got new license plate. But they used my old address that I have not lived at for a over a year. They said it would be better for the credit report. I called them 5 times asking for where are my plates but all I got was a fun around with them. I had to call *** and sit on the phone for 1.5 hours to get them to send me my plates. I will not buy nothing from them ever again.

We concluded the purchase of a 2019 *************. Part of the purchase was the trade-in of our 2007 ********. **** **** who carries the note on the ******** had not received the payoff. We bought the unit on 3/16/2021. We have gone to Camping World in Columbia, SC each week and we were told that the payoff would be made and to this date it still has not been made. **** **** is going to enter a derogatory entry on our CR. give them 1 star at this location because of ***** ****** in Service. Other than him trying to help, this location and experience at this location was one of the worst. We called up there and spoke with them about putting sway bar and stabilizer bar on our unit. They offered it and we took it up there to drop off for them to fix. At that point it's middle of Feb. Well after waiting a week to try and receive our trailer we called in unhappy hoping to just speed things up so we can get the trailer. The finance manager called us back and was very rude and disrespectful about the whole situation and said that he was just refunding us our money and ending ties with us... we just want the **** trailer. We didnt want a discount or anything special. Just a purchase to delivery in under a month... is that too much to ask for?
