LOL Good ***... Good riddance. I bought the *************... Membership... I saved more money on parts from ****** Prime... and....I couldnt ever get anyone to do warranty work.. Camping World is so booked up with repairs of the substandard **** they sell, I have to wait two months to drag my fifth wheel down there for them to "look at" the warranty repair and then wait 3-5 weeks for the actual repair. Ridiculous. You obviously don't need to worry about buying an extended warranty because they won't ever "fit' you in to get anything repaired. This is not the first time either. My last 'Recall" repair took six months for them to get it fixed and it was only to replace the TV antennae on top. Not sure ... read more
We purchased our 2017 ******* 274BH in late August possible early September of 2017 at Camping World of ***********. The experience of the sale was seemingly wonderful. We had less than perfect credit, and still the sales and finance departments got us a loan on a coach we liked. Of course, the salesman and finance rep promised the moon and beyond and convinced us to buy an extended service contract and informed it covered the whole trailer including all the seals and gaskets. Apparently to be in camper repair the only qualification required is willing and capable of using a chaulking gun!!! I bought a 2014 34 fifth wheel from them about 3 yrs ago! We had a water leak on the slide which resulted in water coming in through the dinette light and destroying the plywood above the kitchen table. Took to Gander RV to have it repaired, it took them over a month to finish and the **** was $3500!! Avoid this business for vehicle purchase. I contacted Camping World by email that I was interested in a motorhome that was listed on line. I was told the vehicle was available but they would need a $2500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle until I could come in to the dealership. I gave the down payment with a credit card over the phone. The vehicle was listed at $79,900.00. Upon inspecting the vehicle I offered $70,000.00 and they would replace both toilets, and take my trade. Watching the service manager treat employees like garbage was completely unacceptable, this dealership has a long history of terrible service, poor treatment of customers and now I witnessed poor treatment of staff on 4/9/21. It’s unfortunate that I can’t leave 0 stars for this review! This is a warning for any and everyone that is into campers or RV’s. July 27 2020 I dropped of my camper at Camping World Woodstock for an insurance covered roof repair. While dropping off the camper for the repair I was told that the repair would take 2-3 weeks. Public Service Announcement! DO NOT BUY OR HAVE ANY RV SERVICE AT CAMPING WORLD ESPECIALLY CHICHESTER NH! See our review DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL!
