Camping world Roseville from manager to sales to finance to service are all fraudulent. We got our 27 foot trailer there .Had to take to camping world rancho *******. To clean up the mess they made. We had to fight with the manager who said he was going to call the police on me if I did nor leave. I TOLD THAT FAT PIECE OF WORK TO CALL THEM .I SAID I HAVE AN OPEN WORK ORDER HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SAY YOUR TIME AND MONEY. EVEN IF IS IN WRITING DO NOT BELIVE THEM
Purchased an RV from Camping World in Fountain Colorado. The unit was sent to Arvada Colorado for repairs and Camping World held the unit for over two months. The Camping World Fountain General Manager, *****************************, told me he would reimburse the first two payments since Camping World had possession of the unit. That was in June 2021, it is now October 2021 and have not heard anything from him. Bad business in a nutshell. I could share so much more, be very careful when doing business with this company.
Where to start. This company is trash. They gave us a quote that all would be fixed the right way for **** or less. Not only did not fix it properly they actually broke it further, then told my husband it came to them like that, photos prove it did not. The service Tech called my husband a liar and was very rude. First thing you need to know is we took it to them for a crack on the exterior bottom part of the camper. I took my **** Pace Arrow RV there in 2020 and 2021 to have repairs done to it plus some modifications. I needed work done to it concerning the batteries and solenoids. I was given new solenoids which did not function properly. They were to insulate the battery cables and hook up a battery charger. In doing so they damage the power distribution board. If I could give a negative star I would! We have had the worst experience. We stopped in3 weeks ago to look for a camper. We came back the following weekend to purchase one. Our sale person really didn't know what he was doing. We would ask a question and he would say well I don't know I didn't ask that question or would disappear for a long time. My son bought a brand new heartland mallard ********** months ago at the ********* camping world.. the first trip was to ******** *******. On the way home to ************** the wheel fell of the camper.. it has been sitting in ******* for six weeks .. the management at camping world is clueless.. we found out that the factory forgot to put grease in the wheel barring .. I have never been treated so badly from a company.. not sure how they stay in business
I purchased a camper and the sales people were great till I signed the paperwork.Two days later I went in and the salesman acted as he didn't know **** took the camper home and when I tried to get the slide out to open , it was hanging up on something.I was told to bring it back.I took it back three months later because that was the soonest I could get in.They had it for three weeks and when I picked it up, the slide out was still hanging up.The tech told me to run it out all the way and then back in for 8 inches. I ordered a scooter . They promised to ship within **** business days. Its almost over 20 days and they did not ship it yet. Looks to me they are holding false business. Talked many times to customer services, they never respond with actual reason and cause. Always blame vendor has to ship directly. We bought item from your website and you are responsible to contact vendor for all delivery and schedules. Stay Away from this website Campingworld.com
First off I would like to say that the sales team at Camping World, excellent customer service!! The service department on the other hand, what a joke!!! We have had multiple issues with our camper!!! The communication is horrible! They do not return calls! I had to contact the manufacturer to have them call for me. My camper needs multiple parts, the one part we are still waiting for is not a necessity. Service was suppose to be scheduled to fix the issues needed to use our camper, but has still not been done!!
