First I would like to say the sales department was a great experience. After that all the service visits were horrible. I returned my fifthweel about 3 weeks after I got it due to the front cap fading, the front cap separating and some small stuff. It took forever for the repairs to be completed and not all of them were even done. The cap separation wasnt even address with them saying it was normal. Very Shady business practices. Buyer beware, prices change from the internet to out the door price. Classic bait and switch. I can't believe somehow this business is still around.
Our camper was stolen in July. It was retrieved in the 1st week of September and taken straight there for a quote for a court date of October 19th for us to retrieve restitution. We were told we would have the quote within a week. We did not hear back so we called. *** stated he hadn't done he would do it the next day. A week later no word called again. Camping World had my camper for almost 2 years. It got a rat infestation while there, they fixed the slide that was broken but the other slide was not working(which they had previously fixed!) when we went to pick it up. They said they thought a rat may have chewed the wires and they would fix it. My husband passed away while it was still there and they kept putting me off. The worse customer service ever. Called me and my husband a liar. Had us to sign the papers and took our money then told us to come get the camper by 3pm the next day. Called us the next day and told us we aren't getting the camper. The salesman ********************* called me a liar. The worst customer service I ever received I will tell all my friends and family to go some where else I have a loan but I will not use camping world of North little rock
First off WOW! What a joke of a place. I would not recommend this to anyone! Took our camper for a 45 point inspection and had to then tell them what was wrong because they didnt know the heat was broke. Had to tell them although it was part of the 45 point inspection!! Ask for them to fix the one blind they claimed they could not get it in due to Covid told them never mind we will come pick it up and they could all of a sudden get the part told them not to worry about it! This was the worst experience weve ever had at a dealership! From start to finish, it was a nightmare. The lack of professionalism from the staff at Camping World ***** is appalling. We live in *********** and finally found the motorhome weve been looking for over a year through their website. Our dealings with them were over the phone and through video calls.
