Do not ever shop here the products fall apart and there is no help at all to make up for a defective unit if you buy one. When trying to contact corporate they will not call you back or try to help and make it right then there service locations are horrible on service marks off stuff thats not done that still needs to be fixed and will try to give the unit back in bad condition to sum it up I have a year old unit that is falling apart that I can not get fixed to the right condition
Absolutely a horrible experience. A 6 months of h*** They lied about the camper. They said it had been thru their shop and was ready. It was a disaster and was far from useable. I addressed the issues and basically they did nothing. I canceled the $6500 extended warranty. It took them 4 months and countless emails to get the refund. I spent thousands to get the camper usable. I sent them multiple letters and even an invoice. They said take a hike. A camper I've owned a few months and not even used it yet. BBB should have a negative rating enabled... After reading all these complaints, I ask myself, why is this place even still in business? We experienced the same nightmare that I'm reading here!! If I could leave a negative 10 rating I would. I went and had my camper examined for a trade in. Mind you my camper is a 2021 camper. It had a soft spot in the bathroom which I disclosed to them before hand. They cut a slit in my bathroom floor before even purchasing my camper and then lied. I took my camper elsewhere as soon as I left them is when the slit was recognized. No one else had been in the camper. This place is dishonest and simply a money racket. We purchased a camper from there and purchased the extended warranty which we were told covered everything. We take it in and were told 2 of the 3 things were covered only for them to charge us alot. First we were told our propane tanks were out of propane which we knew they weren't, then the problem supposedly was our gauges. We would never refer anybody here and will never go back here
They sell you equipment that has previously been extensively damaged and will not tell you about it and then will not stand by the product that they sold you. In other words "WE SCREWED THAT ONE!" Pay the extra few dollars and buy from someone who will stand by their product!!!
I purchased a brand new travel trailer at Camping World of ********** ** on September 2021. On May 28th the refrigerator quit working. As I was guaranteed a one year warranty on anything within the unit I phoned their Service Director and requested the repair to the refrigerator. I was informed that there was nothing they can do to help me. My question is what good is a warranty if it wont be honored. Our experience has been a complete nightmare. Started with several leaks , to replacing a roof, damage being caused by service techs to being lied to about things being fixed. We addressed our issues with management only to be put told they were working to resolve and they would call back and they never do. I am tired of it all. I just want them to do what they said they would do, which is work on buying the unit back for all of what i owe. I called to have a trailer hitch installed on my vehicle. I was on the phone for 25 minutes for them to quote me 8 hours of labor @ $159 an hour to install something the manufacturer states (and illustrates) takes 1 hour. I imagine they are more accommodating if you're spending a lot of money.
