Where to begin? This is going to be long and detailed as possible. First, I will say that NO ONE, NO ONE should take their camper to the service department. Our trouble started in October of 2021, and the nightmare is continuing. In October 2021, we took our camper to Camping World to complete our warranty work. Sold the ** out from underneath me because I wasnt going with their financing. Been working on this deal with them for 4 weeks. They finally gave me two options for financing and I really didnt like either of them. I have an 810 credit score, own my own home and cars and owe no one anything. I told them I word shop around and I got a third party to offer great terms and rate, much better than what they offered. BAIT & SWITCH!!! We contacted them about an RV and confirmed no more than 4 times the unit was available as soon as 90 minutes prior to our appointment. We drove 60 miles to our appointment only to be told the unit we were scheduled to see was unavailable and being repaired and upon completion would be relisted for an additional $15,000. When asked why it was listed online as available for the lower price we were told it was a mistake and that they had been trying for weeks to remove the listing. No Stars but made me put one, for Camping World of ****************, **. I just bought a 87K, 2022, 5th wheel Toy Hauler from there. Everything was great with sales "Love ******* in Sales and ****** finance". Day 370 my new silver lake east& west 2021 travel trailer purchased at camping world is still in camping world ********* **. 56 items wrong nothing but excuses or lies why its not fix , all warrenty work .no matter who u talk to no one cares expecially corporate, all u get is lip service . Do yourself a favor dont do any business camping world anywhere

The only good thing about purchasing our 5th wheel from Camping World of ************, ** was our salesman. With that being said every other department that Ive had to deal with is the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. Were almost a year into our purchase and Im still fighting them for some hardware that was supposedly coming in the day we took delivery of our coach bit has yet to make it to the dealer I guess. I served in 3 combat tours with the ** Army, but my experience with Camping World of *********** is easily the worst experience of my life! First, the salesman acted as if he didnt want us to look at any **s. Yes, we got online and found a model which we thought we might like. We were barely even able to walk around the lot by ourselves. Service **** *****. Especially *******. sent my camper in in November for some warranty work including a separated awning. I also had a tire that needed to be changed. I finally was told all work was completed in mid January. I called to confirm all repairs were repaired. I listed them off. I was told yes. I came in on a Saturday and nothing was done. I purchased a used keystone from the **************, ** branch in April 2021. I traveled from another state to attempt to pick it up multiple times. To make a long story short, as a first time RV buyer I was sorely taken advantage of. I had everything signed and financed and had paid an extra $2K to have the unit inspected (with repairs if found) and cleaned.
