did not get my deposit back. gave me the runaround when I called to talk to management. they wrecked up my credit score.
I wouldn't recomend this place for anyone. I sold my camper to them a month ago and I have not received any money from them yet. I keep getting the runaround with them. I filed a complaint with the corporate office over a week ago and still not resolved. I feel I may have to file a lawsuit to get my money. I have the contract from them but that is it. They have horrible customer service. I can't even get anything out of the one I worked with.
If I could give zero stars I would. They do the switch and bait. All lies. Buyer beware! Do not BUY from here. Waste of time.
Camping World in ***** is a joke. I bought a camper from them and after getting it home the slide leaked on the inside. They sent 2 repairmen to fix it and the second one admitted that the slide railings were damaged. They said bring it in and it would take 1 week to fix. Dropped it off, called everyday and was told it was on schedule to be picked up on Friday. Called Friday morning and they said to come and get it. Poor Poor Poor no one follows up and I have an issue with them since I purchased my grey wolf they did the walk thur but did not let the awarnig out when I let the awning out there was a whole on there I could not even let it out or it would continue to rip Then this guy calls me after I complain to Corporate *****, This is **** from Camping World Roanoke. I wish I had read all the previous reviews before doing business with Camping World or Thor. We have been waiting for 10 months to get propane tank valve replaced on a new **. They lied about what was wrong, they lied about when the part would be available, they lied about when they would have repairs done. My husband has taken the ** in on several appointment dates and stays there for hours because he is always told "it shouldn't take too long. " And they still haven't fixed it! Absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.First our salesman *****. ghosted us after he got the down payment. We drove from ******* to ******** to meet him at an agreed time and he did not even show up. Later I called him a couple of times with some questions and he never responded back. I purchased a camper from them and was told lies from the beginning. I was told I could use they're dealer plate to get it home, till i.got it registered, then I was told no I couldn't, well double checked and was told I could. I went to get my camper 2 days later, after waiting 2hrs to bring it home, all of a sudden they couldn't give me a plate to being it home. I drove a total of 500 miles to.get this camper. Dont waster your time going here. **************** is horrible! I am active duty military and had a bunch of issues with their consignment process, no communication and was treated with an attitude when I went to pick it up. Sat in the lot for 4 months. Will not refer or do business with them ever again
