This organization is horrorific customer service and repair service. Despite the fact that the service repair department that fails to complete repairs, even tried to damange my unit to get repairs paid instead under warrenty, and biligrent to customers. Even scheduling for service repairs is sneaky to select a date that is outside the warrenty even though the phone call was before and they could not get to the unit for weeks. There needs to be a class action against this company due to their financing practices. They continue to charge people for warranties that are not discussed or ask for. You have to read every line and they practice laying out paper work for you to sign so you can't read every page or line. After reading back over reviews for several years, this has been going on for many years. They get you because you have signed this page without realizing it. It is to late, no refund.
CAMPING WORLD, ********** ** - 2021 ******* River, one of the slides would not go out the second time I tried to use it so I called CW. Wish I had known how horrible Gander was before we bought our RV. Their service **** has jerked us around for 5 weeks and still not finished. Forest River is telling us one thing (that our service tech is lying) and Gander is telling us something else. People beware of this shady company! I wish wed known before we bought from them. Dont fall for their service plans and add-ons. My husband did and we really regret it. Gander ***************************

My husband and I bought a 2019 Premier Travel Trailer from the Fountain, Colorado, location in March 2019. We had warranty issues and took it in September of 2019 and didn't get it back until March of 2020. One of the issues was to fix a power flush. We also had an issue with the stovetop enamel cracking. They replaced it but in doing so gouged the outside edge in both places on the outside edge of the stove. I called their attention to it when I saw it. Can I give zero stars? We left our class A rv at the ********* store for some work to be done. It took over 6 months to get is back after repeated phone calls from me asking what was going on. Then one day, they call and demand that I get my coach out withing 48 hours, even when some of the work still had not been completed. One of the things they worked on was my awning which they said they had repaired. Well after I picked up my coach, on the way home, I made a left turn and the awning deployed out. My friend bought a camper trailer from these folks and has been treated like trash since? Service is terrible. Sales is just as bad parts? Better hope you dont need anything I would never do business with them and encourage anyone else to shop somewhere besides the one in ********** really bad customer service..
HORRIBLE **********!!! They started out by selling me a 50 amp camper with 30 amp power cord, so that ruined the first trip we took it out, because I was not close enough to go back and get the right cord, and they told me I had to come back there and get it, so we packed up early that weekend and came home. The next time we took it out, we were able to plug it up, but on this trip the we realized that the sewage seals were not seated properly and all the smell was coming back into the camper.
