BEWARE: Numbers Trickery at Camping World Please keep in mind that the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1, is that I believe the salesperson was completely innocent in this very deceptive game! Bad customer service. My rv unit it's been at camping world several times. They from one month to three months to fixed the issue and when I picked it up that I thought it was fixed mo there's another issue coming up. Everything started leaking under when the water city got connected and it got wet inside the rv. Made a mess at a rv park. They kept my 2nd set of keys when I picked it up. I will start off by saying the Sales Staff are great, but the Service Dept. is a mess, they had my Camper from mid Dec. up to now, it went in for Warranty Work(Minor cosmetic work). After many calls and contacting Corporate the problem remains the same. They say the work is done but my camper is in worst shape and they have to order supplies again, I want my camper back in the same condition they fixed our floor and put dents and scratches in wood work and are missing the trim for the walls. I personally would never shop or have work done at Camping World in Roseville`CA ever again. We took our brand new trailer in because before we even got home with our brand new trailer the water tank fell off and landed on the axels. Since then, they have lost our paperwork more than once, even asking if it's under a different name, lied to us about getting authorization, have given us the run around and caused us to cancel our first camp trip and now it's getting close to canceling our second. I originally brought the RV in for a full inspection, a ceiling vent replacement, resealing of the skylight window, and slide out servicing, among other things. I was told 2 to 3 months after the fact that the work had been completed. When I went to go pick up the RV from Camping World, I did a walkthrough of the RV and noticed that none of the work I had paid for had even been done. DON'T EVER DEAL WITH CAMPING WORLD PC, FL. THEY ARE CROOKS! Our camper deal fell through after signing the bank loan and all paperwork on the dotted line, spending 2 days unloading ours, bringing our camper up to them this morning to do the walk through and hook to the new one, and all because they decided they didn't want to put as much into my trade as they originally agreed to in the contract and so they backed out unless we wanted to add more money down!!! we bought a 2020 Keystone Springdale camper from camping world in East Ridge, Tn in June of last year. We were told to take it on a couple of camping trips, make a list of the things we see that needs to be fixed and bring it back so they can fix it while under warranty. So we did just that. We brought it back to camping world on November 25 so we could have the repairs done. We brought our motorhome in to Camping World in Chichester, NH back in August 2020 for a automatic hydraulic jack repair. The driver side rear jack would not go up and down at all and the rest were spotty. We had to manually override the jacks to get them up after a camping trip a week prior.
