Poorest customer experience I've seen in years! We site indicates customer pick up in store available, it's not. We'll see indicates products are in stock, they're not. Products poorly packaged, shipped with no packing slip, no explanation of partial shipment. Can not reach company by email, bit response link was unavailable. This business advertises a 45 point inspections for campers and RV's to identify potential issues for the customer. The inspection is also a way for the business to solicit business from the customer by offering repairs. Some of the repairs that are identified are easy enough for the customer to perform at home. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! No one at Camping World cares about your experience...even the CEO and his slogan “If You’re not happy, I’m not happy”! He could care less as long as they are making money! The service is HORRIBLE!! They are not even competent enough to fix things correctly! Or even diagnose a problem. Bottom line is...if you buy from here you will be sorry! DONT DO IT!! I would rather have drove hours to a different dealer than ever do business with them again!! Lesson learned!!
Buying my first camper was a nightmare. They sent us home with an unsafe hitch that could have come apart driving. Then our trip out Friday, July 3rd, we blew a tire and then again Sunday the 5th, blew another one. The tires were too old and should have never been on the road. The sewer hose was missing in the middle but appeared to be there when we looked at both ends. The microwave needed a bungee cord to keep in in place.
