Unethical business practices and they treat there customers as if they were doing them a favor. When I wanted to pay cash for my vehicle they looked at me if I had 3 heads or something. I know the RV market is hot right now because of Covid but giving your customers the best service possible right now is something people will remember and when the market turns toughie when they will look back and realize they will lose customers over this situation. We purchased an RV and Camping World and took our fist outing over three days. We took the RV back to Camping World for service. I am a nurse working 12 hour shifts 5-7 days a week right now. I asked if I could pick up the RV after my work hours. They charge you storage fees if you don't pick it up! The RV was taken to a parking lot at noon long before I was going to be there to pick it up. We arrived to pick up the RV and it had a flat tire. The customer service that has been given is extremely terrible. We bought a *******30 Foot Travel Trailer. Bought the extra **** ***package with extra battery, which was not installed. Noted a couple of things wrong we we picked it up. They told me it would take about a month to get the new Refrigerator in. If you see anything wrong after you take it out to make a list and it would get fixed when they put the new Refrigerator in. I bought a new Winnebago Porto 24P on July 25, 2020 from Camping World, Little Rock, AR. Unfortunately they must have done a very poor final inspection and did not check for the condition of the seals around the skylights. Apparently the seals are severely cracked and the net effect is that I have a good amount of water coming in during today's storm on August 4, 2020. BEWARE! I do hold a post degree in communication and have taught a lot of business students but this store and company you should stay away! We found a used unit online. Talked to James several times on several days via phone and text message, and were always assured the unit had no soft spots or water damage. We made clear it was important to us because of sensitive kids with medical conditions. James knew my husband would drive 9 hours to come get it. Just need to add my experience to the growing list of complaints. I'll keep it short. We are selling here on consignment. We dropped our trailer off, had it inspected, were told it was in immaculate condition and would likely move very quickly. Heard next to nothing for 4 weeks after this. Left many voicemails and emails, all of which went unanswered. I then filed a complaint with corporate and heard back from management same day. Ordered a complete awning kit from their website. After the order was placed, I never received any tracking or order updates. After waiting for over 2 months the awning finally arrives. Go to install the awning and the pull string is missing. I contact support, they inform me that they will have this sent out right away. After 2 weeks and 4 phone calls, I have still yet to receive the missing piece. I highly recommend that you do not order any item(s) from this business. I had recently purchased a 2020 Mallard from the store in New Braunfels , TX. I have a lot of warranty work I need to get done. When calling trying to get things fixed before my warranty is up, I have no luck. Cannot get anyone to call me back. Post purchase I have not heard from anyone from there, even just to check that I am happy. Very poor customer service.

BUYER BEWARE: I bought my RV from them in February 2018. They promised they would sell me an RV in GOOD WORKING CONDITION. Because it was winter, we were not able to use it until April. On our first trip, while driving down the freeway, the slide-out on the right-hand side was sliding out while i was driving.
