We looked around for a teardrop camper for 2 years before buying ours from Holiday World in March. CONNIE SELF was our Sales Person and in all our years of new/used car sales, RV sales and even home-buying, Connie has, by far, treated us most like family. Well to start off they sell you this insurance that claims you get in front of line at service. That's bullcrap. Then you tell them what's going on a couple things this is third time for problem still not fixed. Gonna make this real simple the service sucks there from the salesman to service manager can't none of them return phone calls are emails. My wife and I bought a 2015 Outback 312BH Travel Trailer from Holiday World in Willis TX last March 2015; we paid $36,956.77 with an extended warranty. It’s been exactly 1 year, and today we were back thinking about buying a used RV. However they told us that the Travel Trailer is now worth less than $22K wholesale. Now we have only had this trailer out 2 times since we bought it and it is already depreciated by over $14,000. Thanks to John Hunter at Holiday World in Katy, TX, my husband and I got a phenomenal deal on our new Airstream trailer. We've talked about buying one for a few years and John, along with all the HW staff, made the process truly fun. Airstream expert Joe Johnson gave us great advice and tips as well. Yep, we camped in the driveway when we got it home!
We bought a new travel trailer here and had to bring it back to be service took over a month and still not finished. We are paying rent on travel trailer, storage fees, and insurance and not able to enjoy it. So we picked it up and waiting for the screens to go over so bees won't get in after I have told them numerous times how it important it since I am highly allergic to bees and wasps, did they make it a priority?
