My family and I want to thank Jerry for being patient and knowledgeable with us while we purchased our first travel trailer. Thank you to Manny for taking over an hour and walking us through how to use everything on our trailer. We greatly appreciate it and have now taken it out for two weekends in a row!
How does one find out who is actually in charge of the Service Department at Holiday World League City? Who is above the manager?
We arrived at Holiday World of Katy on Monday afternoon after shopping several other dealers. We are a senior couple from the Rio Grand Valley. After 5 months of trying to buy, even went to test drive at the League City Store, I give up. I cannot buy here. Called and called and responded to every email solicitation they sent me. Time to look elsewhere. I should have read the many reviews here 1st. .
Purchased an RV at show in February 2018. Told could pick up on Sunday (due to husband's work schedule), told the TV's were smart, and finally quoted one price on extended warranty and then billed another. Lots of things not right on the rig and waiting until we can bring it back to Texas, hope we don't have the same problems I have read about below.
They were great folks until they recieved check for class a TV then they had a whole different attitude. Robert the orientation guy did not want to be there and even said it was Friday he had other things on his mind. We wasn't told all that needed to be shown on coach.
