In the process of purchasing and have had a wonderful experience. Our salesman was great to work with, very patient with us and answered all of our questions and concerns.
This business is the most poorly managed business I have ever dealt with. Our nightmare began when we picked out our gently used 2014 thor. The finance officer gave our salesman instructions that we would need to pay with a cashier's check because they could not accept a bank draft (REALLY? That's so antiquated.) BUT we complied, going to our credit union, the cashier's check was issued through their bank, and we signed papers for a lien against the coach. William was a fantastic sales person. However, Once sale is final you can not get any help! I have called Sheldon in finance 10 times last week to discus possible financing mistakes ( over 5,000) and I'm still waiting on a call back. It's beyond upsetting!!

I wish we had checked out the reviews before we bought from here. Our house burned down July 27, two weeks later we were shopping for a used RV. We thought we'd gotten a great deal on a really nice RV; what we got was screwed. During Harvey we discovered the following problems 1) the oven doesn't work 2) one of the stovetop burners doesn't work 3) the kitchen sink leaks 4) the shower skylight leaks 5) a window in the main slide-out leaks 6) decorative trim on one of the dining room benches is messed up 7) fan/vent hood does ... read more

Working with Mo was a pleasure!!! One of the best purchase experiences I've had. He was very knowledgeable and spent several hours showing us the floor plans he knew were within my guidelines. Being future full timers, I had to come back later in the day with my husband to go over some specifics and Mo carved out time just for that as well. I will certainly recommend Holiday World Katy to friends and family.
