A very impressive store. Everyone seemed professional and polite. We met with Elsa Cantu, Director of Marketing. We're hoping to establish a connection/bond between Holiday World and South Main RV Park, which would be mutually beneficial.
We could not get a salesperson to help us out despite several salespeople standing around with their hands in their pocket.
It is getting better, we have a great service advisor Mirza Cemer. Great guy, he is doing everything he can possibly do to take care of our issues. Parts finally arrived from third party suppliers, everything should start moving now.
Worst experience I've had looking for a travel trailer. Was assigned a sales person, will not name at this time, who acted like he was annoyed at being there. Gave short or one word answers. Asked if there was anything else I could look at, we went outside and he pointed to a trailer, he received a phone call and said he would be back. Left me out in the heat, I'm a first time buyer, no one to explain or answer any questions. I waited a few minutes, went back inside asked for a brochure, couldn't seem to find one. We bought a used motorhome in Feb. 2017, spent $180K, I bought a riding lawnmower and got better service, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!. My initial problems got fixed, after I left the dealership everything went south.. I asked for a second set of keys, somehow they got lost, and no one cares, I guess a $ 180,000 doesn’t qualify for a second set of $30 keys?? They love you when you are buying and especially while you are there, but when you drive away and have an issue, even the next day, they won't return your calls or acknowledge your needs. We spent a $185000 and we could not even get a second set of keys to our Motorhome. Think twice before you invest in a place that you expect at least a return phone call.
Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! Service Department takes for ever and gives you the run around! Will never make a purchase with them.
I would like to say Thank You to Rachel for making my purchase so stress free and being a great cheerleader! Go Rachel. Also thanks to Sheldon for helping me make the right decisions on the finance side. And thanks to Tristan for being an upbeat, cheerful walk thru person. And thanks to Luz for the trailer hitch schooling. This is my second purchase at Holiday World. Thanks to you all.
Very dissapointed with my experience. Make sure everything is explained well, and in writing. I have a service contract that they do not want to acknowledge saying it was written wrong, hidden problems found (not covered under plan), finance plays hard sell, even after I threatened to walk out on sale.
