We purchased our 2016 Alpine 5th Wheel on November 14th, 2016. Lowell Unruh, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and helpful though the sales process and afterwards. We pointed out some issues we found with the unit at the time of purchase which was documented and forwarded to the service department. I would like to talk to the families that have had terrible issues with Holiday World. Specially the Katy location. My involvement has been, should I say, terrible! Please respond. As a group we can stand as one.
Holiday World League City service Department is the worst. Took my Solitude in for a seal leak and it took almost 3 months to get it out and now it leaks worst then it did before I took it in. And I cannot get anyone to return my calls.

Very disappointed with the service dept. I bought a 2015 travel trailer and after one short trip had to return it for repairs for a heavily leaking a/c. Somehow they discovered a torn roof covering so wouldn't repair the a/c until the roof was repaired through an insurance claim. My trailer has been sitting in Katy for MORE THAN A MONTH. Today I was informed they got the wrong part in but can't order the new one because the computers are down. ( could not order via the phone). After reviewing motorhomes for sometime my wife and I settled on a 2016 Coachman Mirada. I went to the internet to locate a unit like we wanted. I found it at Holiday World in Katy after checking numerous places. I contacted Holiday World and was very lucky to get Ron Anderson for my sales contact. New airstream in for service - in awesome condition and needing a service update. We delivered it to the Katy service department July 23rd. After many many many calls to many to mention (but all recorded) we have still not have our airstream serviced. The GM, service supervisor - who has promised and said that someone would be calling us 5 times now has never come through. We have left messages for the service manager as well and still no response. I have left message for the director of operations - let's see if he responds... read more
Got home with our new Grand Design Imagine. Thanks to our salesman Clay Kruger for making the process go smoothly. Being able to hook up and spend the night while emptying our trade was great. We had a chance to check all the systems before we left. 3rd RV from Holiday World Katy.
