They were great folks until they recieved check for class a TV then they had a whole different attitude. Robert the orientation guy did not want to be there and even said it was Friday he had other things on his mind. We wasn't told all that needed to be shown on coach.
In October of 2017, we bought a new RV from Holiday World in League City. When we bought it the AV equipment that came in the RV was broken. It's still broken and no amount of being annoyed seems to matter to Holiday World. Don't do it people. Buy from someone else. There are many RV dealers in the area. We were warned and we didn't listen. We bought the extended warranty, we are stuck for years. When we first met I was impressed with the fact that you meet us at the door, showed us the three options we asked about, gave us prices and did not put the sales pressure on us!! On day of delivery Financing and walk thru were great! Y'all have a wonderful staff of employees. Fixing the few items that need to be fix went well. THE WORST, liars, thieves...lazy!!! Save your money. Go somewhere else!!
We have been trying for 6 months to get our $10,000 deposit returned. Multiple phone calls to our sales person never got any results. Multiple calls to the general manager have never been returned. Too late, we learned this company has a D+ rating from the BBB. That should tell you something! We wish we had done more research.
