The store in Katy is too sleezy. The employees are only friendly if you are interested in buying. They will do everything to keep your deposit and try to tell you it's a partial payment when the bank approves you for zero down. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE BY DOING BUSINESS HERE. If they ask for money to hold the selected vehicle, RUN!!!!!! I have bought lots of cars and even car dealerships don't try to keep your deposit. Worst service we ever experience from any vendor. Newmar couldn't even get them to call back!
We just purchased our first RV from Holiday World. Our entire purchase experience was outstanding. We are especially grateful for all of the help we received from our sales consultant Tony Fournier. He was extremely knowledgable and straightforward. His advice was invaluable. We can't wait to get on the road.
i took my RV to get service an took 2 months get a appointment date, after i get there an drop off holiday world told me if i didnt buy my RV there i would be at bottom of the list, then i asked what was point of making a appointment if that was deal, a month an half later RV still there, WORST SEVICE I EVER HAD!!!!!

They never answer emails Sent three and no reply. If they do not respond when you are looking what type of response will they give when they already have your money. Buying from another dealer.
Here are the cold hard facts about this dealership and its personnel. THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU ONCE YOU LEAVE YOUR MONEY ON THE DESK!
