From the moment we entered the League City store, to the moment we pulled our 2018 Grand Design Solitude 344GK off the lot, our experience could not have been better. Big thanks to the entire team, including Mark Bandy, Tyler Susuras, Auston Parr, Scott, Ben, Stacey, and the wonderful ladies at the front desk! We are very happy that we chose Holiday World of League City.
Our salesman Pete Johnson was awesome. He came out on his day off when we picked up our motorhome. We had several problems which were resolved. Without the help of Pete they would not have been resolved.
Tony and I want to thank Cosme, Eric and Tom for all of their help and patience! We were coming to them a bit bruised after buying a used RV that was not what we thought. Our recommendation is to buy from a team that is knowledgeable, has the resources to sort out issues and willing to accommodate your learning curve. That is exactly what we have buying from Holiday World in Katy. We can’t wait to take our new Keystone Montana on the road with coolers in the outdoor kitchen and your team at our back.

Brian and Mo were helpful and patient. They answered our questions and were quick to find the answer if they didn’t know it. No high pressure tactics which was nice. James walked us through the PDI, was knowledgeable and thorough. A good experience and we would highly recommend these individuals.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have screwed my 70+ year old grandparents out of a lot of money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HEARD OF! I can’t tell you how many phone calls my mom has gotten from my grandmother crying because of this “business”! They hang up on customers and tell people they will pay for things when it’s under warranty but THEY LIE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Save your time and money!
