We bought a Grand Design Imagine in April 2018 and love it!! We were introduced to Joshua Moore, who that afternoon, dedicated his time and efforts to us 100%. The entire buying process was amazing. Thanks so much for the great experience!!
Just got our 5th wheel home from shop. Yes, it is 4th of July and service was working. Bethany and crew did awesome job. Even getting wrong parts on Friday she got our rv to us as promised. We leave Tues (10th) for week. Last week I spoke to Bethany as 2 week cancellation policy on camping. She said "don't cancel, I will get to you". Splashway here we come with grandkids.

Called Holiday World RV today to buy an RV. We wanted the Momentum 376th that is selling for right under 100K. We had been working with another dealership and got a little bit of run around so when I called Holiday World, I wanted to speak to the sales manager rather than the first salesman that answered the phone. Still waiting on that callback from a service tech. Buying experience was great. Tammy was awesome. Manny seemed nervous and inadvertently left the covers off the water area . We were flagged down on the freeway that hoses were dragging. They did order a new hose. Shower head was missing. We have the Avalanche. My first dream RV. POOR craftsmanship.still buckled woid area on cabinets. The under storage bed area came up when we were takjng the plastic off the mattress .
