We just bought a new Keystone Fuzion from Holiday World of Katy. Our salesman was Mo Wiley. Mo has been very helpful throughout the entire process. This is our second trailer and just as with the first one (which was from a different dealer), there have been some issues. If you read many blogs, issues with a new trailer is pretty much the standard in this industry and is not the dealers fault. The question is how the dealer resolves the issues. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
My husband and I went to Holiday World looking for just the right travel trailer at just the right price. Our salesman was Mo Riley. He was very patient and helpful as we narrowed down our choices until we settled on a Bullitt Premier. Then Mo patiently worked with us to negotiate a price that was in our budget. Traveling through Dallas and we encountered many problems with our class A. If you call any RV shops for repair, no one will help you. They are all busy working on hail damaged RV's. That doesn't help us much as we need help and now! I called and spoke with a very kind lady named Angie. She was very sympathetic to our troubles.
