We just purchased a new camper at Holiday World in Katy and had a wonderful experience. We knew what we were looking for and our sales representative - Ben Shev - took us right to it. He was informative, helpful and polite. We also had a good experience in the service department and will come back to them in the future with our RV service needs. We love our new camper and are thankful for the friendly nature of all of those we worked with at Holiday World - Katy.

We bought our 2015 Montana from Holiday World RV of Willis & we were very satisfied with our salesman Rey Silva & the service dept. there. We were impressed with the facility & the friendliness throughout.
I bought a preowned RV from Holiday World RV last month. My salesman Robert Pritchett was great. He took the time to show me both used and new models and answered all my questions. Once I made the decision to purchase they made the process easy. They did a through inspection of the unit and had a technician walk me through the RV explaining every detail. Robert also called weeks later to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Great experience! Very Professional!
A month ago, I had the good fortune of meeting Tom Marino, RV salesperson (Katy), who was just superb in helping me find the right travel trailer. He was very attentive and really listened to what my needs and wants were. The sale and closing on the deal went without a hitch (no pun intended). I highly recommend Tom Marino.
Holiday World does not stand by their word or warranty!
We stopped by Holiday World in League City at 4:00 on Labor Day, and noted that you were closing at 5:00. The receptionist introduced us to Trey, your salesman. After we indicated that we wanted to look at used fifth wheels, it was as if Trey were no longer interested in anything but going home at 5:00. He was borderline rude to us, walking 10-12 feet ahead of us, and talking. Even after I indicated to him that my husband was hard of hearing & couldn't hear him, he continued to do this. Bought a new Motorhome in 2008 and had a very bad experience with the League City Store, service was so bad. We sold that rig and bought another Motorhome in San Antonio. Went to 2014 RV show with friends and Holiday World begged us to give them another chance, so we special ordered a 2014 Dutch Star Motorhome and so did our friend from the same salesman. Holiday World can make good sales deals but once we took delivery of our motorhomes we never heard from the salesman or anyone at Holiday World to find out if we liked our ... read more
