RecommendedWe recently bought a new 2018 Keystone Cougar 28RLS, Keith Moore was our sales agent The service he gave us was FANTASTIC!Keith went above & beyond as a salesman! We went down to pick up our new "Mobile Office" and had just got the travel trailer hitched up and took off down I-10 and after about 35 miles into the trip, I felt/noticed some strange vibrations coming from the truck/trailer. Buyer Beware! You get drawn in by the sales team, which are great, it's the SERVICE (that you will need) that is the issue. If you read the reviews, there is a common theme: they don't return phone calls. If you read my first review, then you know that my husband was thrown out of the Service Manager's office (Doug), so you would think they would be happy to see us take our service needs elsewhere. Have had great experiences at Holiday World of Dallas. Have purchased 3 different units from them over the last several years, and have always used salesman, Mr. Ben Arrellano, who is fantastic, and has always been fair and straight with us. If you're in the market for a new unit, definitely ask for Ben.
