The sales department treated us well, my issue now is with the service department. Due to a job relocation a year ago we decided to trade in our travel trailer on the brand new 2016 Montana High Country so that we could live in it full time for a while, so fir the time being our 5th wheel is our home. Buyer BEWARE!!!! Holiday World of Katy is quite possibly the absolute worst when it comes to Service/Customer Service! What is point of purchasing any type of RV when it is nearly impossible to have warrantied work completed!? Unless you plan on paying for a unit you'll never see again if it has a warranty issue, and have the patience to deal with lies, finger pointing, blaming, then more lies, I would NOT recommend this place if it were the last RV dealership in the country. Purchasing this travel trailer was not a decision we took lightly, and I now feel was the worst decision we've ever made.
We purchased a 2017 Newmar Ventana just a few weeks ago. The experience was exactly what everyone hopes for. Ron Anderson was the best. He certainly knows how to make things flow as stress free as possible. Thanks again!
We bought a 2007 Contessa on March 22, 2017 from Holiday World of Katy. We were pleased with the professional way our salesman Steve Lankford and Sheldon Thomas Business Manager who handled our transaction with our purchase. We bought our trailer at Holiday World Katy a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. We needed some emergency repair today- late in the day- so we could continue our Easter weekend camping trip. Sheryl, Scot, and the rest of the service department went over and above what had to be done to help. I would recommend to anyone buying a trailer or camper to visit Holiday World Katy.
We got a 2017 Coachmen Catalina 31BH... Morgan was our salesman who did a great job... He showed us exactly what we wanted.. Didn't push us to buy... Got us a good price... The over all experience was good there..
Holiday world is the worst business ever!! Oh they can sell you an RV but that's all... their service is crappy... takes months to get warranty work done that was supposed to be taken care of before we picked our RV up for the first time. We bought in June 2016 and still don't have all the work done. They do not take your calls or return calls and if they do ..... all you get are excuses and lies!
