We recently visited your store in Alvarado to purchase a RV. We were met with an awesome salesman by the name of Adam. He spent probably 2 hours with us working his tail off to find the right RV. We decided on a $70,000.00 unit. Met Larry for paperwork and gave him $1,000 to hold unit. Called today to check status. He was very unprofessional and said they refused to do business with us. On April 23, I had a general inspection performed on my RV (which I originally purchased from them) to ensure readiness for the outdoor season. I specifically requested they check out the battery (which we did not even know about until a friend told us earlier that day we had one). The salesman, Chris, showed us several other RV's, but we kept going back to a Grand Design Imagine that just stood out among the others. We ended up trading for the Imagine and we are very happy. The whole transaction was one of the least stressful that we have ever experienced. Everyone of the personnel at Holiday World Katy were very courteous and helpful. RecommendedWe just purchased a 2017 Dutchstar and the entire process was handled professionally, from Ashley Hebert who was very responsive to my internet inquiry, to Darrel Joyce who worked to make the deal happen, to Mario Montano who handled all the paperwork expeditiously and offered some good advice along the way, to Jacqueline Armendariz who scheduled our PDI, and Eric who stayed with us, showed us the features of the coach, and answered questions until I ran out of them. We love the coach, too.
