BEWARE Horrible customer service. Bought on 8-8-19 and took ti back on 8-12-19 still waiting to hear from them on when they might give it back. Mean while paying for it plus insurance for something that was new but can't use.
0 STARS! Only took my trailer here because the money grabbing Tx law required me to do so. It’s been there three months! The last update i got was a month ago! I have left multiple voicemails and messages with whoever answers and have yet to receive a call back. Should have traveled out of state to a Apis this place. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED
Came here to purchase our 5th wheel and we dealt with Franny. She was all nice up until we signed papers. She told us that we needed to give her 500$ under the table if we still wanted to go through with the deal. I told her I would talk to my husband about it and we called finance manager and said if this was how it was going to be then we would back out all together. He got that resolved and we signed papers. Once we signed papers we overheard her calling us bad names and talking really bad about us. We were shocked. We we... read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! They are wonderful - when you're shopping … after you've signed your name, getting issues fixed (on a BRAND NEW CAMPER) not sure why we have so many issues!! But, now it's our problem … have to get warranty work approved and all that BULL. So we're paying a note on a useless and unusable RV. And if anyone is lucky enough to get 'Mr Doug' … very rude! HEY BUDDY, I'm the one having an issue with produce YOU guys represent … I've earned the attitude!! Not a so called 'customer service' rep! Extreme... read more

Franny is the epitome of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in the 51 years of my life. I’ve been in sales for 29 years. The Katy branch is set-up for customer service failure, NO structure, NO chain of command, NO backup, CANT talk to the branch gm, NO accountability. I will never recommend this company to anybody. 83,000 Solitude and I regret it already.
