RecommendedWe went by Holiday World just to look at a previously owned RV that was on their website. The salesman, Chris, showed us several other RV's, but we kept going back to a Grand Design Imagine that just stood out among the others. We ended up trading for the Imagine and we are very happy. We just purchased a 2017 Dutchstar and the entire process was handled professionally, from Ashley Hebert who was very responsive to my internet inquiry, to Darrel Joyce who worked to make the deal happen, to Mario Montano who handled all the paperwork expeditiously and offered some good advice along the way, to Jacqueline Armendariz who scheduled our PDI, and Eric who stayed with us, showed us the features of the coach, and answered questions until I ran out of them. We love the coach, too.
We had a great experience shopping for our toy hauler today. Every employee that we came in contact with was very friendly and respectful. Especially Kyle, Eric, Mario and Hector (Josh). Thanks guys! We can't wait to get out and enjoy our toy hauler!!
Criminals!!!! Stay Away!! They will pull your credit after you tell them not to. They will have you sign a form saying you can change your mind but it's a lie!!! They will take your deposit and won't let you negotiate a fair price. They will quote you a higher price in person than what's on the website! And it will be thousands of dollars over the Nada guide retail value. I never signed a purchase contract for the camper they are trying to force on me! James, Doug, and Nacho have been working hard for me and I appreciate their expertise and great attitudes. They've made me happy when I needed questions answered or had a problem that needed attention with my Airstream. Kudos to them, I'm glad they're around.
Huge inventory... They had a Cougar 5-wheel in stock with a booth instead of table & chairs, which we hate. I know, seems most people like the table/chairs, but we don’t. Would not have made purchase otherwise.
I would like to personally thank Steven, Parts and Service Rep.at Holiday World RV in Katy for going above and beyond his normal job duties to assist me as a first time RV owner. He not only helped me to understand my new trailer’s features but he explained how each component worked.
