Worked with Rico for more than a week to find the perfect RV. Throughout the whole process he willingly answered all questions and provided details that allowed us to make an informed choice. Well I am currently in the process of purchasing a 5th wheel. Called today to see what time to pick it up ( we did the sale last week). And was told at noon that the washer/dryer had not come in this am. Meanwhile Im arranging to have it picked up. COMMUNICATION A ZERO. Maybe if you get another salesman just not Justin Wainwright, we bought a Montana Big Sky one month ago. Now it has been setting here at Holiday World the whole time. I know when you buy something older it is as is. But when we looked at the RV, I ask Justin if he could check everything out and he said yes he knew my son was going to be living in the RV. We recently bought a new 2018 Keystone Cougar 28RLS, Keith Moore was our sales agent The service he gave us was FANTASTIC!Keith went above & beyond as a salesman! We went down to pick up our new "Mobile Office" and had just got the travel trailer hitched up and took off down I-10 and after about 35 miles into the trip, I felt/noticed some strange vibrations coming from the truck/trailer.
