Franny is the epitome of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in the 51 years of my life. I’ve been in sales for 29 years. The Katy branch is set-up for customer service failure, NO structure, NO chain of command, NO backup, CANT talk to the branch gm, NO accountability. I will never recommend this company to anybody. 83,000 Solitude and I regret it already.
Worst experience ever. Buy an RV and they will not fix anything that's wrong with it they had to wait to get approval from The manufacturer and now they mysteriously have no record of warranty work. Shower drains into the black tank, fan is unreachable in the bathroom, cabinets are falling apart, Screen doors won't latch and I could go on and on and on. Their customer service sucks worse than their sales. My recommendation is for no one to ever buy an RV from Holiday World, you will regret it I promise you that.

BUYER BEWARE. Be very careful of any extended warranties!!! They are only taking your money. They will not back them. Grand Design have beautiful RVs but will not help with any issues you have. Very frustrating to deal with for any resolution.

These are guys completely untrustworthy and absolutely unwilling to rectify what they admit To as their “mistake” We went in on Memorial Day to look at a class C that was on special. They showed us one unit, sold us on it, we left, finalized the financing, and when we came back to close the deal they switched the camper we originally agreed on to something substantially less quality (THE CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH) The general manager informed us it was a new Salespersons mistake.
