wonderful place and service – Food was excellent. Pork Ribs and Buffalo Briskets were tasty as it gets. Sides were blackeyed peas and greens and it was healthy and good. There was lots of love in the food and the place, people were nice. Pleasant experience. It was worth the trip. Price was modest in comparison to quality of excellence.

best catering bbq in portland – I had tried their sampler and it was wonderful, so I ordered their catering service and it was totally worth the price and more...it was much better than I had expected and plenty of food left over...staff was very detail oriented and I would recommend them.... Thank you Campbell's...

Over-rated – I had high hopes for this place as I had heard some good things. I head that it had a new owner and maybe that's it's downfall. I had beef ribs which had little meat and were dry. The BBQ sauce (I had the hot) was a mixture of asian spices and BBQ sauce - strange but ok. The sides were unremarkable and the cornbread was dry. The desserts - we were told by our very incompent server that they were homemade. Maybe so, but they had been frozen and microwaved, served in individual containers. nice experience – Father's day dinner was packed, waitress said it was like this all day today...had to wait half hour but by the time I go to another place maybe I had to wait too so I stuck it out. Waiter gave me a free bottle of sauce for waiting, and by the time I sat down and tried their beef brisket, now I see why my friends told me to visit this place...it was very tender and great flavor, smokey sauce was just right without spicy, their porkribs were right out of the smoker I can tell...probably the best barbecue I h... read more

Quality food and beautiful place. – My friend told me that Campbell's has made lots of improvements over the years, and I listened to my delight. I live near there and I didn't know that we had a beautiful place like that to come to. Their new patio/garden was beautifully done, handicap ramps, fountains, food, was exceptionally done. I'm glad I found my new spot. Brisket was tender like I've ever seen, food was not fatty and yet moist.. Tastes very healthy and good.

Worst barbecue I've had – I just went to Campbell's and tried the smoked chicken, mac and cheese, greens, baked beans, and cornbread. The cornbread and chicken were unbelievably dry, the greens were slimy, the barbecue sauce tasted like mold, and the baked beans were runny. The food was overpriced and the sides were small.

lovely mother's day lunch – food was really good & atmosphere was excellent. Very clean and cozy,remodeled beautiful place. Almost shame to call it a barbecue restaurant. Professionally dressed waitresses for mother's day occasion and thankyou for your free peach cobbler. It was very pleasant experience in such a beautiful place. Food --biggie that we ordered was substantial size and all 6 of us had enough to eat and take home 2 boxes. All the meats were soft and tasty. Good beer. It was happy visit and I will be back.

Very good Valentine Dinner – Campbell's you rocked tonight. Food was much better than before, every time I come in something always gets better.Place was packed deservingly and two waitresses was zipping around taking care of everyone with great service..Free Valentine Flowers for every customer was a nice touch. Your Mac & CHeese was unforgettable good, Greens were clean and flavorful...Beef Brisket was very moist and thick the way I like it. Pork RIbs were best in town. I will surely be back soon. Probably next weekend!
