Good Food, Not So Good Service – Although I have heard great things about Campbells across the board..I was a bit disappointed. The food was good, not the worse, not the best. The main food (meat) was decent portion but the side items were very small. I had the BBQ Chicken, Brown Sugar Sauce, greens, mac n cheese and cornbread. SLAP YOUR MAMA GOOD!!!!! – Campbell's food was better than Texas....food was freshly homemade from scratch, They put their Heart and Soul into their food I can tell. good quality, reasonable price...even if you go to Texas, you can't get any better unless you know when the meat is going to come right out of the oven....and smoking meat is a fine art, ya don't cook it with Gas or Electricity you know? ya cook it with real Fire, the way it ought to be, and Campbell's does it right! great beef brisket & pork spareribs – I don't even like beef, but that Beef Brisket was M-M-GOOD! Pork was very meaty and moist, as well as Beef Rib my Husband was eating was very thick and meaty. Blackeyed Peas were very good(I don't know what they put in it but tasted healthy and Good). Cornbreads were obviously homemade from scratch. It was well worth the reasonable price, service was fast.

The food was an insult to good authentic bbq! – It was a big disappointment! I'm from Texas and I guess if you want quality BBQ.....Texas is the only place to go! After being served this dry sliced pork...I wanted to yell...." You call this bbq" ! ?? The iced tea tasted a couple days old...bitter. The pork was dry and tasteless...I asked the waitress if it was warmed up by microwave...she said yes. OMG! Never will set foot in that place again! It's really too bad.

Yum! Bring on the briskett! – Great food, great service. Loved it. The briskett is amazing (both beef & pork) & you cant go wrong with the ribs. The sauce choices are simple but perfect with the food that is offered. Hands down one of the finest barbecue places I have had the pleasure of trying.

FABULOUS PLACE IN UNEXPECTED AREA – OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE COMMENTING HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS AS i SAVORED THEIR BRISKET SANDWICH...LIKE A PULLED PORK SOFT! IT MELTED IN MY MOUTH...THE OLD OWNERS WERE GOOD BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ANY WORSE, IF NOT BETTER. CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL, MAINTAINED QUALITY AND SOUTHERN SOUL...SPICY SAUCE HAD A BAYOU BITE...! IF THE ECONOMY WASN'T SO BAD, i'D EAT HERE RATHER THAN MY HOME!

GENUINE TEXAS BBQ PIT – REAL TEXAS BBQ PIT, SLOW COOKED FRESH MEAT RIGHT OUT OF THE PIT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. BEEF BRISKET HAS THE PINK RING THAT CAN NOT BE GOTTEN ANY OTHER WAY. THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN BECAUSE THEY WANT TO SERVE EVERYTHING FRESH AS POSSIBLE, BUT HEY..WHO WANTS TO EAT DAY OLD MEAT ANY WAY? THIS IS MY NEW SECRET SPOT FROM NOW ON.

great party – Had Campbell's food for annual party, everyone at the party loved it, food was gone so fast. Best catering we had in years. Pork Ribs were meaty but not dry,Chicken, beef brisket was lean and fresh, sides were good too. Catering crew was very helpful and courteous. Thank you Campbells Bar-B-Que!

What a disappointment! – Ignoring the warnings from other reviewers of microwaved food, etc I tried this place last week and the brisket was great. So I went back again tonight for a special occasion, and boy was I sorry!!! The brisket was as tough as shoe leather, lukewarm and obviously microwaved. Dinner for two for close to $30 and I would rather have had a fast food burger! Save your money and your stomach and skip it!!!
