RecommendedOutstanding Service Department. My F-150 overheated and went into limp mode. Called Ford Roadside Assistance and got it towed to Butler Ford by 5:30 pm Aug. 27. I Called Richard one of the service advisers and told him the problem right before they closed. Next morning Aug. 28, at 9:00 Richard called and said it was fixed and a Temp Sensor had been replaced. A+ in my book. Thanks Richard and the tech that did the Temp Sensor replacement.
Craig a salesman is excellent on trying to help but Nate n Paul the big wigs are very disrespectful I have an 820 perfect score n they still are unwilling to try to help you find something affordable for your family they say they don't sell cheap cars but 12000 isn't cheep unless it's right on the lot forget they want help get to a point where they run you out what kinda of customer service is that
