They can't change they have been this way for the past 17 years that I have known them. Back then it was bad service from the service department and thinking things might have changed I traded an auto with them for a new explorer and yeap still at there underhanded ways of dealing with folks. I am positive I have learned my lesson this time. NO MORE BUTLER FORD SHOPPING FOR MW---EVER!!!!!!! Making sure all my friends and people are aware of my dealing with them.
There salesman are awesome, very helpful and understanding.
