Purchased a used car 4 months ago. Transmission went out. Butler Nissan in Macon was awesome in repairing it under warranty. However, the GM at Butler Ford was very rude and had an attitude. I was contacted by him after calling his boss letting her know I had been trying for days to get a response and nothing until I reported him. He acted as if he did me a favor. NOT.. Nissan in Macon did. Be careful with whom you deal with. I will NEVER buy another car here EVER.
Everything was ok with the sales lady but think she could have been more knowligable. We where there at 11am and left at 8pm. There was more waiting then seeing cars. We looked at two cars buying the 2nd car we looked at. Now the service department was great. And the ford manager was great. Had a key issue that could have cost me $300. He had the issue resolved for free.

Talk about customer service!! Took my car in for a routine oil change and to fix a recall. I messed up the appointment day, and they still fit me in. I go to pick my car up to find that along with what needed to be done, it was also washed and the inside vacuumed out and cleaned! I am new in town and this was my first experience in Georgia with a Ford dealer! Highly recommend!!
Great customer service experience which made it easier to purchase a car. I would definitely recommend Butler Ford as a place to buy from. Customer for life!
