Just swapped out my ‘18 F-150 for a ‘21. Ciocca was on top of it. Virginia messaged me to tell me now was the perfect time to upgrade my lease. The first time I went to ciocca Ford . The service was horrible for my mother and myself. We were not going to EVER buy from them again. When the lease was about to end on my moms car they reached out and she told them the last experience she had with them made her never want to do business with them again.
