Jeremy our salesman was helpful, friendly and very informative. The truck we were interested in a Ram 3500 was 6k more on the lot than the listing price on car guru...thats problem #1. #2 Manager came over and basically was not willing to negotiate no more than $200 bucks off the sale price. Bottom line they let us walk and lost a sure 40k sale. After reading a few of these reviews I'm sooooo glad we didn't buy from them.
Don't buy from these people. Bad news! They will do you wrong.
Service Department is very rude and difficult to deal with also when I bought my F-150 the sales staff wasn't much better they had me at one price then by the end of it after the sale was final found out they had jacked me back up to the original price.. Do Not Buy From Butler Ford
My 74 year old mother was taken advantage of. She paid 46,000 dollars for a 2015 Ford Taurus. She has Dementia and her payments are almost $900 per month

Butler Ford is a great dealership if I needed a car truck or van I Would by One there and I live in Florida. Too bad for the dumb people that drove an hour to get a free TV I would drive 6 hours to buy a car.
Win a TV! NOT. After being told over the phone yes! they won! my daughter and son-in-law drove an hour in a half to get there. THIS IS A SCAM! shame on you....they drove all that way with a baby in the car.
