First time visit to Butler Ford in Milledgeville and received awesome customer service. All work completed while I waited. Prices were excellent. My service agent Richard Smith was professional, courteous and helpful. The guy who worked on the car (didn't get his name) was straight forward in explaining the work. I imagine their sales force is like their service department, so the next time you're in the market for a new Ford or repairs/service on your used one, try Butler!
Wish I had read these before hand would not buy from them. Had to ask or beg to buy. Had to go into the show room to get to talk to a sales person. Then it has taken 2 weeks for them to get payoff to the folks I owed on the truck I traded in. They lost is and I know another person who will not buy because of the way I was treated. Do not buy from them. They don’t care
