Y’all Butler Ford is where it’s at! Leanna was amazing online and agreed to drive out b4 my 2 hour drive! Logan was amazing in store! The pictures online were 100% accurate for our used vehicle and once I drove it the brakes felt weird. They fully inspected them again and found it had a bad master cylinder and is fixing that at no charge! So thankful the search is over and for such an awesome experience!

I took my 2011 Ford F150 in the Butler Ford and they looked at the front in and told me that I needed a $3000 rack and Pinion job done it just didn’t seem right so I took it to Complete auto care they checked over everything and said it doesn’t seem like anything is wrong I just need an alignment and so then I take it to Southside break in alignment in Milledgeville Georgia and they do an alignment and fix my angle sensor and now I’ve been driving my truck for two weeks with no problems whatsoever see I never needed a rack a... read more
I'll never step foot back on that lot to purchase anything! The people that work in the service department is absolutely horrible and is very RUDE! They will straight out lie to your face! I also find it extremely funny that no one in that office knows who they work for! I think if I worked somewhere I'd know who was signing my paycheck! It about killed me to give them one star on the reviews! Definitely unsatisfied with these people, if it was my company I would go on a firing spree Starting with Mark in service!
