They have had our vehicle for going on 3 weeks and still have done nothing. It is a warranty issue with the transmission. They say they have to take it apart before they can give a loaner but feel free to rent one on your own. I have bought several from Butler Ford. This one however will be my last if I ever get it back.

They can not do a simple oil change or diagnostic at 11am because they have, “No one available” for the rest of the day? Ridiculous!!!
