This dealership preys on older people who don’t need to even be driving. They sold my father a car which I returned to their lot. My father suffered from dementia and used a walker. I still have the recorded call from the young salesman who sold him the car. He was cocky and used the F word repeatedly on the call. When I finally got a call from the General Manager, he asked me to remove my post off of social media; he stated it was affecting his integrity. I told him to look that word up in Webster’s Dictionary.

I dropped my Lincoln off here because the brakes were not working right. They stated pads were good but brake booster had a busted diaphragm. Quoted $712 to fix. I picked my car up 3 days later to $752 charge. I drove my car home and the brake pedal is literally scrubbing when you press it and the pedal goes all the way to the floor before stopping the car.
