They charged me a shit ton of money for nothing really and not only did they misdiagnose the issue they made my car worse and they also left my car outside unlocked and someone got into my car and vandalized it in an attempt to steal my $400 Pioneer Headunit and they damaged it trying to steal it. Would not recommend at all!! They’re the worst!

If you go to this shop you are making a big mistake honestly! I have had multiple issues at this shop along with hearing other peoples issues while at the shop and in person from people I know. Took 7 times to align our car. Told us it was impossible. I drove it there straighter than they gave it to me. In fact I only wanted to make sure it was perfect since I got new tires. Minor adjustments were needed but it was a big deal trying to get it done. Asked for my money back they wouldn’t give it so on and so on. Wasted so many of my Weekends. Could be better if not so busy I think but they rush everything.

We took our car to them due to an unknown issue we had. They looked it over and checked it thoroughly. It didn't appear to have anything serious They suggested what the problem could be and said that I can get it taken care of later by them. I took it back and it was fixed in no time by Thomas. They know their stuff and have great service.
Wife won free alignment....told they didnt have software to do it. Yet both side inner and outer tie rods were bad they said. Less than 50k mind you. Checked myself and low and behold....still tight. Nice try scamming a woman that her husband knows better and has mechanic friends.

As a college student I worried about finding a trustworthy mechanic to work on my Kia when I moved to Kokomo. When I had a major issue with my car last year I tried Burnett's. They worked with me to be sure I understood what work needed to be done and made sure it was affordable for me. Good people. Good service. Great price on oil changes
Had my daughter take her car here for repairs cost her almost 300 dollars not only did they not fix it they made it worse . i was thinking of getting another car from them and the car person tried swindling me into buying a piece of junk but it did not work..me nor my daughter will Not! go back there.
