RecommendedThe best in Kokomo hands down! Ive had horrible car buying experiences in the past even from so called “Big Name” dealerships with their notorious car selling tactics. But what you get in Burnetts is great people, great cars, and no nonsense customer service. They were attentive, was never pushy and got exactly what I wanted and all within my budget. These are the types of business we should be supporting
Walked in to Burnett's Auto Sales and Service and was immediately greeted by Brandon. He did what he could to meet my needs. We even had a great conversation and in no time he handed the keys and off I went. Took around 50 minutes but felt like 5. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Recently got a Ford and its is my second car from here, and again car was super nice, super clean, running smooth. What else can I say about Burnett's Auto Sales and Service. They just want you to have the best car buying experience.
Went in Burnett's having a rough idea of what i wanted to get. As a non-car person buying a vehicle can be intimidating but one of the salesman, Brandon took care of my demands. He couldn’t be more helpful. He was patient, easy to talk to and was very accommodating and helped in anyway possible. Thanks Brandon for all your help hope you get a raise lol.
Folks here were friendly and made it easy to do business. Done in less than 1 hour including test driving the vehicle. Car was in pristine condition, paperwork took no time, got my car and went home with a huge smile on my face. An unforgettable experience at Burnett's <3
We brought in our disaster of a car into Burnett’s with a growing list of things wrong with it and brandon helped us weigh our options and got us into a nice van! He was awesome! He worked with us on the price and made us a great deal! This came at the best time since we will soon have another child and 3 kids in the back of a tiny car is never a good time haha thank you so much brandon and burnett’s!!

Communication is the key to success. You can't even get most businesses to return a phone call anymore. My family has done business with Burnetts for over 40 years and service is the same as it has always been . They got my car in analysed and repaired all within a couple of hours. We appreciate timely and fair priced work. Let this be a lesson for other businesses when things slow down and it will think about those phone calls you did not return.
