Simple front end alignment with outstanding service. Polite and professional with great customer service on my first visit means I'll be back anytime I need a mechanic. Thanks again, not very many businesses out there that are about the customer and not just to make another dollar.
They were fair on the pricing and babied my car like I do. I'd totally recommend them to anyone.
I took my car to be serviced they replace front stabilizer bar tie rods. They also said they aligned my car. They had previously told me I needed tires, they told me that I should put tires before it was aligned. I asked why they aligned it & had my car for 2 days for work that should have been 2 hours. (they had no answer) Made me pay them for the work before giving me my car back. 2 Weeks later one of the nuts on the drivers side tie rod fell off. Joey and everyone at the south location were very helpful and polite. I had my car towed yesterday afternoon and I received a call shortly before 10 am this morning from Steve informing me what exactly was wrong with the car and what I was looking at in repair and cost. I expected it to take a few days but at 5 pm today they called and told me that my car was fixed ad ready to be picked up! I usually do all of my own work but when an electrical problem on my truck had me stumped, Burnett's figured it out. Burnett's was quick yet thorough, friendly and fair.

Horrible service! They take forever to do anything, and when I called to check on my car situation they couldn't tell me anything! They kept avoiding the question and throwing me from person to person and they are dishonest! I will never take a car back to their business, I give them zero stars!! I recommend you don't take your car to their business!
I have taken our vehicles to Burnett's in Tipton for awhile now and Justin and the gang have ALWAYS went above and beyond to satisfy us. Trust them with your vehicle needs from oil changes, tire rotation to a new radiator installation they do it all. A+ service.
