They blew my motor and trying to cover their butts and won't replace it! Worst service I have ever seen!

Every time I have taken our car into Burnett's, your service and care have blown me away. In these days of poor customer service, you and your people have the most caring, compassionate hearts I have ever dealt with. Today is no exception. After a minor fender-bender the check engine light came on. With a run to the north store, Tim comes right out and assures us that there is no harm to us driving it while waiting for the insurance assessor. Peace of mind and a caring heart...
